  • I got chin splints due to running too hard (flat-footed), too fast, too often and too far on the asphalt. I need to get back out there to work on increasing my endurance and stamina, but from the info I gathered, it can take 2-3 months for chin splints to fully heal. I just ordered a pair of Air Trekkers so I can run sooner. I'm expecting them to act as a shock absorber for my chins.

    Hope everything works out.
