  • Good video. But felt the start was a waste of time with the Bio from the teacher. We want chess stuff, not trivia.

  • Hey guys, correct me if I'm wrong, but instead of a3, Qa4? It cramps the Queen yes, but it would force the Bishop to an innactive diagnol, and with the Knight protecting against a pawn push, you would buy at least two turns for advancement on the Queenside.

  • Good Vidéo you got there, nice moves too : ) muitobrigado and good luck !

  • Sorry, maybe I'm missing something, but why play a5? If b4 then e4, pinning the knights with the bishop and pawn.

  • @chessvideos good video but can you explain why d4 is not as important as d5?? just because black plays for central dominance?

  • @jamesjddong thanks a bunch

  • This is one of the best videos on youtube!

thank you so much for posting it,

it has inspired me and openined my eyes to a whole new world of chess, a completley brand new way of looking at the board stratigically!

im sure many people will believe me to be over reacting and that i should calm down but theres so much i want to learn about chess, i feel like no amount of life span is long enough to learn what chess "really" is

  • 6:20 is why I don't like playing king's indian as black. The way d5 is vulnerable for black to become dominated. after rook b1, b4 destroys the pawn structure for black and makes him more vulnerable to the fianchetto.

  • Ok we don't need your whole life story just get to the game already

    Starts at 2:50

  • @jamesjddong thanks bro you saved 2.5 minutes of my life.
