Alarm Monitoring Interview with Steve Kimber

As well as being the MD for Southern Monitoring and Northern Monitoring, Steve Kimber sits on various national committees and councils including: the Chairman of the FSA (Fire and Security Association), the FSA's representative on the ECA Council, the Director of ELECSA the ECA's certification body, a member of the NSI's Security Systems Sector Committee, a member of the NSI's Fire Systems Sector Committee and a member of the British Standards Institute representing the security industry on various BSI Committees.

In this interview Steve talks about changes that are happening in the electronic security industry and how intruder alarm companies can save their existing and new customers money, increase profit margins and minimise false alarms.
