Proof that the Earth's Rotation is on an Axis

I was bored in some science museum in Los Angeles, and the name escapes me at the moment. Not far outside you can see the Hollywood sign.

This pendulum doesn't move, the dominoes (or whatever those are) move with the Earth's rotation. Pics or it didn't happen? Here's your video proof.
