The pst war United Nations was named however after the "United Nations" against the Axis, a term that was here for example and some formal correspondence. It was never a formal term in use during World War II though.

Exactly it happened much later the only thing back then was Woodrow Wilson's idea of the League Of Nations, which failed because we didn't join what we created. World War II may have been prevented or less painful had we stepped in earlier.
