We Arabs have heard about Camel's urine for the treatment of Virus C and Hepatitis. I don't know if this has deleterious effects on one's body or not. I know that urine have uric acid which is not good but Arabs, and especially in the desert do give it to sick people having problems with liver. Yes, They may describe a she-camel herding on special medicinal grasses for the treatment of such diseases.
