My ex was just sentenced testurday for beating me up. I think that the laws should be alot harsher for men and women who think its ok to do this. He got one year to serve and one year probation. After what he did to me he deserved alot more.

All you have to do is Google "Domestic violence statistics men vs women" and you'll get millions of hits, each telling you several key facts. I even told you what to search for and what link to click on in my previous post. Yet you refuse. I guess you just want to keep your head in the sand. @Chris8282 It's apparent that your lack of knowledge about violence has your perception skewed. Your implications that abuse is only physical with 'men f*** sh*t up" are ill informed. Men ARE the primary cause. You've yet to prove me otherwise, and you can't, because it's not possible. It is NOT true that women are. Period.

Not only is it more common, it is increasing more in women. Each year the percent goes up 1 or 2 %.

As for your stupid as question, I already told you. We do more damage. Women throw temper tantrums, men fuck shit up. I was simply correcting your false statement that men are the primary cause of domestic violence.

@Chris8282 Anyone can spout out some ridiculous statistic without reference. The simple fact is that men are the majority of perpetratos in all violence whether the victim is a woman, child, or another man. Men may not report, but there are women that don't either. If the prodominant agressor was pervasively female, as you suggest, then how is it that states and gov keep funding center's? Sorry, but your comment sounds more sexist or misogynist than logical.
