First create a text, then use the shortcut "Alt + c" to convert it into a mesh, finally extrude this mesh to have a 3D object. Now you just have to use it as a fluid inflow ;-)

Man, this so perfect. My friend doesn't like Blender, he likes 3dmax, but I already said him to work with blender, it's much better
