Why in the hell would you make this video? Any idiot or child could use a dough hook and electronic appliances to mix and knead bread. I was looking for a proper method of hand-kneading as I don't have dough hooks and food processors laying about. This video was completely unnecessary, might as well make a video on how to tie shoes.
