Imported to Avid, exported to After Effects CS3. Editing, sound, visual effects all done in After Effects CS3.

@Hetlund72 - well yeah. I added an effect to shake the entire frame.

speed ramping effects I do in AfterEffects and then conform it back to my video editor. Make sure to shoot in native mode (PN) as this makes your files smaller and easier to work with without sacrificing even a pixel in quality. Video editors like FCP and Avid don't handle FX work like speeding up or slowing down well, so try a compositing/fx program like After Effects :)
