Fabian Meller Steadicam Demo Shots

This video contains many different and typical steadicam shots, made by me, in 2009. It was my first year of steadicam experience. I'm 16 years old and my dream is becoming a professional Steadicam Operator!

Last year I just wanted to explore "the world of steadicam". So I bought a Flycam body mounted system and started practicing. I was/am really impressed by this new options of movements. I recently got my new System and I'll show my new works soon.

What specific model did you use? And where did you buy your steadicam from? I'm looking to buy one myself.

I'm using a "Flycam 5000Pro" (but not for much longer) buyed from ebay ;-)

Altough I modified the system as effectively as possible, after only 4 month I had to change the spring cause it broke. .

my whole camera-unit weights about 7-8lbs / Flycam promised me up to 10lbs...
