easy, justhold there and he'lll most likely give up from exhaustion......countering any escapes and thrusts while your at it.

Silverado. It's the same kind of leverage. Look it up on here.

  • another option : reach under your opponents head with close arm then grab your pant leg and then straighten your leg. it will choke him out or make him so he forgets about the arm and you get the armbar anyway.

  • thanks for the lession, it's such a great technique

  • Any idea if you can use this way to break the grip in a judo competition?

Or it's considered as attacking the wrist?

  • rustynail77,

in the position that they are in after 1:25, if you can't break his hold, you should maintain your hold on his elbow - and with your left hand, pull his neck and head up while crossing your feet around his neck instead of his (left) shoulder/elbow for a triangle choke. if he's grabbing his own hand/wrist, you need to move his (right) elbow up in order to thread your right leg between his chest and interlocked hands.

  • rener gracie such a great teacher, and also ryron gracie. Combine they are the best jiu jitsu teachers i have ever listen to.

  • man that gracie kid is crazy genius....i cant wait to try all these moves 5* almost all vids

  • grab his shoulder
