I think that Mikuru is a bit too "caricatural" to be really touching like Yuki, but in this ending she is way more pleasant than usual. In my opinion, the way she stands at 0:44 reflects some good aspects of her personality : a romantic character, charming and dainty, but not "namby-pamby". Haruhi describes her as "moe" during the first season, although this term does not only qualify to me an attitude or some physical traits ; a true "moe" figure must be engaging, human, interesting.
