Cheers erupted as we walked back down the aisle. We would be going straight over to my house for the reception, but as we were walking down the hallway to the doors, Joe pulled me off into a room and closed the door.
"Wha--?" I asked, as he turned back towards me and walked over to me. He pulled me tightly to him and began kissing me. "Finally," he said, his lips still on mine. "Finally, you are mine." He began kissing me again. We kissed for a little bit, until I said, "Joe, they're going to come looking for us."
"Can't we stay like this?" he asked, starting to kiss me again.
"We have all night," I said, coyly, and took his hand to lead him to my house. Everyone had emptied out of the church by now, and as we went out the doors, they threw rice at us. We quickly ran past them, and back to my house. I changed in my room, and Joe changed in my brother's room. We met in the hallway and kissed again, and he took my hand and led me outside. My mom met us at the door.
She quickly pulled Joe into a hug. "Congrats, guys! Welcome to the family, Joe!"
"Yeah, Joe," my brother Adam said, as he, my brother Denny, and my little brother Thomas came over to stand next to my mom. "Welcome. Hurt her and we kill you."
"Adam," I said, shaking my head at him. Joe looked down at me. "They're only kidding," I said, chuckling. "I think. Uh, Joe?" I asked as we walked over to our table. "What's the stage for? That definitely wasn't up this morning."
"You'll see," he said smiling as we took our seats. Everyone took his or her seat as well, before Joe leaned over to me and whispered, "I'll be right back."
"Okay," I said, wondering what he was up to. He hopped up onto the stage and went over to the microphone.
"Everyone, attention please! You're probably wondering why there is a stage set up behind the dance floor, when there was only supposed to be a DJ. Well, I have a little surprise for my wife. Ladies and gentlemen, Varsity Fanclub!"
"AHHHH!!!!" I screamed, overpowering everyone else's clapping. "WHAT?!?!?!?!" I yelled, running over to Joe as he was getting down from the stage. "VARSITY FANCLUB?!?!"
"Yes, I know they are your favorite group. Besides us, of course." He pulled me close to him. "So I called in a couple favors, and they agreed to come perform for us."
"Oh my God," I said, hyperventilating. "They must've started setting this up just after I left the house."
"Something like that," Joe said, wrapping his arms around my waist and pulling me close to him. His chin was on my head and I leaned into him. Varsity Fanclub walked onstage.
"Hey everybody, I'm Drew, Drew said," and Thomas, Bobby, Jayk (Jake), and David introduced themselves. "We're Varsity Fanclub, and we'd like to thank Joe Jonas for extending an invitation to us on this special day," he said, smiling down at Joe. Everyone crowded around the stage. "We sent a cut of our new song to the Jonas Brothers, hoping we could be on tour with them. Joe was listening to it when the bus broke down," Drew said, smiling down at us, and the music started. Joe kissed me every time they said, "Future Love."
