This is an online campaign dedicated to the all native dogs. It aims to encourage people to consider adopting native dogs. Native dogs (aka "Askals" - a term which will soon be replace by the term "Aspin" (asong pinoys).
All dogs deserve loving homes.

aspin or yucky stray dog aka askal are not even the original philippine's breed. they just live here. they are dogs that cross-mixed with so many different breeds and different bloodlines. it could be from doberman,lab,rottie,dingo,gsd,
collie etc..so there's bigger chance that aspin got genitic defects because of these dog's controversial origin. the fact that we dont have pure breeds that we can proudly called our own.Our filipino ancestors in the past were so lazy to create our own breed,sadly -
My heart goes out to Barkley, my native dog, who died yesterday. Only shared 1 month together and all I can say that he is a very smart, lovable, playful and loyal pet. We could have shared a lot more but we are not lucky enough. WE will miss you Barkley. Rest well my good pet. Even native dogs REALLY deserve to be in loving homes, I totally agree on that!

i got an ASPIN (asong pinoy), a great dog, very loyal and receive the same treatment like my two pit bulls. she's 6 years old.
