http://www.bslips.com is the first socially responsible global network. It is an unique internet based data reservoir which works as an advertisement portal. This product is managed by 30 physically challenged people who have undergone an international level management training called Project Mission Emplyoment. This project is a corporate social responsibility venture by Support Links Worldwide, which is an international management consultancy service provider, started in the year 2002 by a team of international professionals from various walks of life. They have a history of 16 years of research and 5 years of international business consultancy and test marketing. They as an organization, have committed their expertise to the development of the society through employment and thus they named the project as Project Mission Employment.
As a part of our social responsibility we analysed the different problems that our society is facing. In this process, we came to a conclusion that the root cause of many problems is the lack of financial stability due to unemployment.While getting deeper into the topic 'unemployment' we found that the employers who are supposed to be giving jobs are not aware of where the suitable candidates can be found. On the other hand, these jobseekers are not aware of the vacancies that arise in each company at the right time.Thus we realized that one of the major reason for unemployment is that, there is no common platform for the employers and employees to meet. We bridge the gap between employers and job seekers. As a solution to this problem, we are introducing bslips.com,which is a common platform for both employeers and employees to meet. This provides an unique oppurtunity for the jobseekers to introduce themselves into the international job market. On the other hand the employers are given an unique opportunity to search the suitable candidates for free of cost without any hassles.

Phase one of this project is launched in collaboration with Santhigiri College of Computer sciences, Thodupuzha (managed by CMI fathers) in association with Rajagiri group of institutions and National Service Scheme(NSS).
