hi im confused i dont know if i have high cortisol or low cortisol because when i drink something that has high potassium i feel better.. i did a blood test and my potassium was 3,7 and my sodium was145 and i have alot of the symptoms of adrenal fatigue.. the few that i dont have is "fatigue" i feel tired but i have my full strength in the gym and i dont have low libido but low life libido and i have a history of anxiety/panic attack what do i have?? i have always wanted to know.

ok so i have heaps of those symptoms, maybe 25 or more so what exactly do you do about it?is there a treatment process or what to target the agrenal gland which i assume will in turn alleviate many symptoms
