@kanthandledis420 because media and music is an easier scapegoat then parents and they are afraid to say it thinking it would be offensive society is too lazy to deal with bad parenting. in fact they are too lazy to deal with any kinda problem and if they do they do a horriable effortless go through the motions kinda job @ it. and sometimes on occasion parents are an easy scapegoat too as some parents truly did their very best yet their kid went out and killed someone

What!?! They listened to Nine Inch Nails not Manson. And since when has Manson promoted "Columbine behavior"? If you just listen to The Downward Spiral by NIN, then you can definitely see where they got some of their inspiration. What they didn't understand was, that was a concept album about how all that was bad. The song "Big Man With A Gun" was about madness, "Closer" was about controlling people, etc. Trent Reznor wasn't promoting those kinds of things, he was showing how bad it could be.

I don't understand why people are trying to blame him for this. Those kids were obviously not right in the head. Are all people who listen to Manson psycho? No. So I believe it had absolutely nothing to do with him.
