you should have an american accent,right pronunciation,correct grammar @ the very initial interview..or else received a note of "we regret to inform you that you didnt meet the qualifications our company is looking for"hehe..does anyone know where i could find training for call center near in Laguna?

@TheTantalizingeyes May mga call center naman na nagttrain para magkaroon ka ng accent. You don't have to worry about your accent. Just have proper pronunciation, madali na lang kasi ang accent tinuturo yan sa training.
