Chang Tzu Ping was discovered in China in the late 70's or early 80's. In his 40's, Chang had been born with a second face consisting of a mouth, a malformed tongue, several teeth, a patch of scalp, and the vestige of other facial constructs. The throat and the lips of the second face could not move independently, but the mouth did reacted in tandem to Chang opening his. Shortly after being discovered he was brought to the United States to have the second face surgically removed. The entire case was documented -- including the surgery -- on the 80's televison program 'That's Incredible'.

While it may not be aesthetically-pleasing, you people should really enjoy the lives you have, and appreciate what you have, and appreciate you didn't recieve genetic defects like this. im prettttyyyyyy sure its just his brain sending signals to the things muscles and his, if his face muscles were attached to the other things face as well, things wouldn't work properly. because that would mean the muscles on the other side of his face would have to go around his face to reach the twins... an adult can obviously state that..... it has its own muscles bro.

No, in the original broadcast it was quite evident that the twin was not able to move on its own aside from the occasional twitch and spasm - likely still the result of a reflex signal from the dominant twin. Furthermore, as I recall, the twin did not possess even a rudimentary or secondary brain.
