  • Be really, really careful with that Chinese KA mixer. They aren't made like the old American-made Hobart KA's. They will either 1) burn up the motor or 2) strip the plastic gearbox housing.

  • For the one that asked this will make 2 standard loaves or i used it to make 8 mini-loaf like you can get in the steakhouses served hot with butter or if you like can make a flavored butter.

  • I really like the video as it is much more clear than others I have seen on YouTube. I am one who already knows a great deal on cooking was thinking maybe for some others you may want to give some more detail on the measurements like 3 packets will equal 3/4 oz. I do like the mixer as I have almost the same one and same color as well. So make some more videos for all us viewers.

  • You used 7 cups of flour for one loaf of bread?

  • I love homemade bread! (I need that clear bowl for my KitchenAid mixer.)
