Wisconsin Rural Leadership Program - Developing Leaders To Strengthen Communities

Wisconsin's communities deserve leaders who are visionary, yet pragmatic: bound by public needs and not political favors. In order to meet challenges and recognize opportunities, our communities need leaders who show initiative, listen intently, understand the breadth of perspective on issues, assume responsibility and exercise sound decision making.
