This is a movement I used as a finisher on bench days for many years and feel it helped prevent elbow problems. Try to get 10-15 reps per band.

  • I had to go to full screen before I realised DT was using 3 x minis and dropping one each re-adjustment. Looks good!

  • out f curiosity if u not only extend ur triceps but also push ur shoulder forward into the movement, will it enhance the stretch on ur triceps to a greater degree??? not sure bout my phrasing. if u dont understand ill try and rephrase it!!
