looks very similar to your '12 gallon eclipse tank'... in fact I don't think eclipse makes a 10gallon do they? 3-6-12 gallons are the ones I know of. The lid looks intact and not modified, which would mean that is a normal flourescent, not CF like you say... not like it matters what lighting you have, no plants and not a marine tank, but seems you have many of your facts wrong. I feel sorry for your fish/pets.
