Fat Burning Needs to be determined through a Metabolic Test. It tests out your oxygen exchange fat burning and cardiovascular conditioning. Heart Rate Monitors are almost pointless without a Metabolic test. Also the best activity to do is something you really enjoy! If you enjoy dancing start moving. PERMANENT Weight loss is Lifestyle changes that are enjoyable. Circuit training is the best way to really get your Metabolic Engine Moving:)
