The Friendship Song

A music video montage is coming soon(ish) but this is the sneak peek at a song that I've been working on intermittently for about a year. It was originally inspired by Bo Burnham's song "Love is...", which you should definitely check out if you have not already (he is a really awesome and talented singer/songwriter). Friendships that sudden phone ring in the middle of the night,
It doesnt matter that you woke her up, her first thought is only are you alright,

And when the sun comes up she says, youre gonna be okay, its a brand new day,
And thats what friendship is,

Its looking stupid and not giving a shit,
Or taking a shit and looking stupid,
then somehow getting over it,

its shade when you need it,
Its cloudy somedays
but then sunny on weekends, thats friendship,

Its finding a 20 dollar bill in the rain,
Then buying your buddies hot chocolate,
cause you know that theyd all do the same,

Its singing along with a song even though you dont know any words other than the chorus but its playin so loud that you cant hear anybodys individual voice so you just yell as loud as you can,
