PUBLIC LAW 105-85, THE LAW that permits aerial spraying OK'd by Dept of Defense

This is Proof Positive that our United States Government passed into Law the spraying of all sorts of chemicals, including bio-agents, onto American citizens. This Law dates back to Novemebr 1997 on President Clinton's watch. Say what you will but KILLING & poisoning innocent, trusting American citizens is WRONG and a criminal offense despite this Law apparently being passed without our Knowledge. Such closed door Laws are IMHO Treasonous in the truest sense. This should remove ALL Doubt that this is quite real and is a Crime. Kudos to JohnDehart68. Thanks for viewing. NOW YOU KNOW!

The corruption associated with this Admin is unprecedented but they are NOT above the Law of the Land - our US Constitution. We must all educate ourselves & press all Americans to press for Accountability. So much tyranny & corruption/ Treason cannot be permitted to continue to run rough-shod over us. This spraying is on all people of the world, not just the American People, I have no Idea if it is instigated by the US Military, but all nations are getting it.

Must be costing millions to spray us.

Many have no idea what they are spraying but looks like it is a slow killing of the poulation, we are multiplying to fast as far as the Elite are concerned and as they see us no more than lab rats, the use anything that works, be it in the water,air, food...this also explains High Cancer rate.

I dont have the resources to take these guys on but id love to see them all dead. Maybe someday some well connected people with break into the secure area where they keep these alledged jets and get the proof beyond a shadow of a doubt they have spray mechanisms onboard, with multiple eye wittneses. Then I would call for the immediate execution via fireing squad of everyone involved.
