I don't believe a word Newt says, though I love to hear him speak. Newt has always wanted unearned income to pay no taxes -- at all. He wants ordinary income -- work - to pay it all.
Already ordinary income is screwed. Newt isn't satisifed.
But my that man is a wonderful bullshitter.
