I am a worship leader and 1 thing I try to instill in my group is we are straight instangators of the service so everything we do wether it be singing, moving or whatever needs 2 contagious. The reason I said that is because we are ministers and u guys are singing a joyous song but there is no joy on the faces the young lady on the in in the black shirt showed no emotion almost like she didn't want to be there I doubt it but that is what I am saying we must be very careful of our expressions

You all sound good, but it would be 10x better if the choir members/ praise team was energetic and joyous:)

Praise Teams are "Cheerleaders" for Jesus Christ. Where's the cheer? Let's break the "tradition" of just singing songs and allow God to move our worsjip to higher heights. Heaven is CONSTANT worship remeber as Jesus taught us how to pray "On EARTH as it is in HEAVEN" Let's worship that way. Stay encouraged

That is great. Where are the tenors? Has the choir and Praise team always been seperate? I am doing something sort of similar at my church.

I didn't have a tenor on the praise team at the time. The choir tenors held it down for me. Right now, I lead the choir and congregation in praise in worship. We haven't sang in this format in a few months.
