Odom has to harden the fuck up. It's a part of the league being traded/not wanted and most do their best to soldier on. Publically sooking about it does not help, maybe its all Chloe's fault.

You can do it too, basically just don't be lazy and follow a training program like the one at 50inchvertical. com, it will help to increase your individual vertical jump and your quickness.
