The solution is to NOT SPEND MONEY THAT YOU DONT HAVE! i.e. Get rid of ALL your credit cards, it's not your money, and they will put you in debt!!! Live within your means!

we were in a recession because the government forced the banks to give people houses that they couldn't afford. And the amount to money being spent was more than we were making.
My dad new this and was telling people for about 10-15 years.
