Thanks Gregory for taking precious time to talk about your experiences.

I had similar experiences at school and had corridors clear with the boys all standing with their backs to the walls taunting me with gay jibes.

It hurts to think back to the abuse and you are so right it is abuse and children just do not realise how cruel and hurtful they can be.

I unlike you had not a good relationship with my parents for 7 yrs after they found out but then I was only 15/16. At 45 now it is better. xx

Each person in the world needs respect : gay or not, it is not important (or should be). Your words were so sincere. A gift for us. I am happy for you because you have found people who loved you for you. I wish I could be as happy as you are, my gay experience is not that peaceful.
