Lurid Laura hates gays - won't speak to her brother because he is openly gay - not married herself is she gay? Didn't she say one time it runs in families? I think it is very appropiate - since a lot of people volunteered and came together despite their differences to help americans. remember the brave firemen and police and the volunteer clergy who ran into the help rather than away. like cowardly laura would do.

No Osama Bin Laden himself told people that if you want to know why we hate you read Michael Scheuer book. Even the 9/11 commission states the same thing. If it was about those reasons Laura stated then why didn't they bomb Sweden or Denmark? Sweden doesn't intervene in their politics. Ron Paul, Libertarians and other Conservatives also recognize this. Sadly, if it were right-wing groups that were proposing this day of rememberence, they would be called "patriots" and anyone who opposed it would be "un-american." But since it's left-wing groups it's "desecrating" 9/11. Maybe liberals should use some classic right-wing tactics.
