@krumbine It could be the whole lack of Nicotine, although I feel it has made me even more scatterbrained...I think it was the discussion and I've become a bit more conscious of being focused while vlogging. There are even notes to keep me on track! (that's what the pen was for, along with being something to replace a cig.)
