with sorce rec type StartMovie into consol then run your demo, at the end of the section u want type StopMovie into consol.
then install a program called Virtual Dub wit this proigram you will need to goto File then Open Video File then goto your css folder and there will be loads of screenshots of your demo you must choose then demo ending with 000 as tht is the beginning of your movie, then click File then Save as AVI once tht is comlete you are then able to use the .AVI demo in sony vegas

My record files from CSS is DEM-files
And Sony Vegas wont upload DEM-files.. how did you make that video?

They don't just make it high quality, because internet connections can still be slow. Maybe they should have an option on accounts to play all compatible videos in high quality.

If you did record it by CSS recorder.. - That you wrote record *Name* in console
Then the video should be a DEM.file but how did you upload it in Sony Vegas..
My Sony Vegas wont upload DEM.Files

you also have to stop your demos recording then go into consol and typre start movie or something there is a totorial
