Harley Shine deadlifting 455 pounds while weighing 190 pounds. This lift was done RAW without the aid of chalk, a belt, wraps, or any other fancy equipment. I'll be the first person to admit that my form is imperfect but it is not uncommon for form to break down while attempting a 1RM. I promise that my form is better when I am performing working sets of 4+ reps.
