While driving a cab in Denver, Colorado in 1979, Sam encountered all kinds of people from a wide strata of life. This was a typical day driving for Yellow Cab, Denver.

From Capitol Hill, to Stapleton Airport, to the vast suburbs of the Mile high city, to 5-points to cosmopolitan Boulder, one makes the rounds on a 12 hour shift.

Once in a while, someone doesn't pay their fare...All par for the course in the learning experience of a young cabbie
