After hip flexor pain all season I found out that it was really a stress fracture in my lower back.

what does a stress fracture in the back feel like, I have a sharp pain at the very bottom of my back

Aw, I am sooo sorry. Mine was my L5 also. It sucks and yes, it is VERY frustrating and hard to be out of gymnastics. Just stay positive and you will be back in no time doing great. Good luck!!

Im out for a stress fracture (L5 i think?),
its very frusturating, was out last year same time for same thing.....
6monthes ago doctor said it was just muscle pain, but ended up being a fracture. have a new great doctor :)
being away from gymnastics is so hard...

beautiful montage!! =D i loved it and am sorry about your injury. :( Injuries suck. I broke my arm and am out of gymnastics for about 6 months and am really afraid I wont be able to go back. I also had to get 3 surgeries on it and its really sad.... anyway you are a great gymnast and I hope your back recovered well :)
