Path = Way, Tao, Do,
R.E.S.T.= Resistence, Explosiveness, Subtlety & Transcendence. The name functions as a term describing the process from base instincts, learning, absorbtion or mastery, and eventually a mirror reflecting a 'selfless' expression of the arts highest principles. This is identical to Tao, Wu Wei, Divine Will, Michi, Do etc.. enjoy!!
genial, me encanta.

I just wanted to leave a short note to again say how much I admire your whole approach. I am now making some progress in successfully controlling my reactions during intense sparring sessions. What I find humorous is my partners don't often recognize that when I lose I actually win, because I chose NOT to do something that would have ended the session in them being injured or getting a bloody nose. HA! Thanks,

Could we see a session like this but also with the footwork visible? I realize that this is essentially a drill and the purpose is to develop sensitivity from the waist up but footwork is my primary problem.

I can definitely see elements of Aikido and Hapkido in your art. Even some Kali. However, this is much more free. Transcending even. You free the practioner from an "art." Marvelous.

I like your style or lack of it. This is the arts as they should be. Simple and dynamic, and without form. You respond to these chain of events appropriately as they occur, fluidly and effortlessly. Easier said than done, but you make it look easy. No-Mind, No-Form, Nothing preconceived, just truth. Outstanding!
