.. also note that in the early seasons of when she was in American Idol, they only needed to sing about a minute and 30 seconds worth of a song. She did make this her career, but she also is singing through many sets and songs that I'm sure not even you, yes you, would be able to hit either.
She's an amazing vocalist and I think she did wonderful. Sounds a little Melissa Etheridge like, but that's what makes music awesome, you can ALWAYS make it your own.

I love Kelly and I love this song but this shows how much she has matured as a performer and as a vocalist over her career!
She's by no means *bad* here, it's just funny to see her early on in comparison to now. Now she'd hit all those runs perfectly. And I find that her covers don't sound like covers now....this is a little karaoke; she makes covers more her own now.
It's all part of the journey, of course :)
Seeing this makes me respect her as an artist even more! ♥KC!
