@thatoneguy2 reality is not an opinion and the majority of humans aren't much more intelligent than chimps. It isn't really that they believe in gods or goddesses that is the problem. The problem is they are using those beliefs to hold back human progress. Most fundamentally religious humans would have me destroyed as an abomination :3

Just because people believe in something bigger than themselves doesn't make them idiots. Pretty much every human civilization that has ever existed has believed in a god or gods. There are some people that take their beliefs to the extreme and I think there is something to be said about that. You would fit into that extreme category. Don't hate on people because they have a different opinion.
