Lose the glass cutting surface. Get an end grain cutting "board". Like finger nails on a chalk board hearing that blade hit the glass.

do you anymore filipino restaurants in NY? i'm familiar with the ones along woodside ave: the popular Krystal's, Ihawan, Fritzie's, Fiesta Grill, Renee's, Tito Rad's, Payag, and of course Jollibee and Red Ribbon and there's one more opening soon: Barrio Fiesta.. I just heard of Umi Nom though. Any more restos you know of? thanks!

Yes! On Cortelyou Rd. in Ditmas Park, there is a great one called Purple Yam. They do a great job. I used to live right around the corner and have the Crispy Pata and the Halo-Halo. Thanks for the comment. Don't forget to rate the video and subscribe!
