Logitech G27 Rotation/Setup Preferences

Many people have been complaining about not being able to utilize the full 900 degrees of rotation the G27 can do. Well, I have the solution!

hey there, i just bought one of these things and im pretty much happy with it except i dont know how to handle it... havent played anything yet due to not knowing how to set it up :(

1. first time when u plug my g27 in, i could freely turn wheel around but now it is centered and i can move it maybe 1-3 degrees to the left and right and nothing more than that ? what is causing this problem? i replugged it and same thing happens... any suggestions about that ?

Ah One of the things you really SHOULD be doing IMHO is setting about 125 % and no more than 50 % on your Centering in BOTH panels , This is then the DEFAULT NEVER allow the Game to control settings either as they lose where they are and pretty soon it's FUBAR.

Then set things in Game and ALWAYS start the game FROM the profiler, That way you use the Default Base setting and then modify this in game SPECIFIC to that game.

@repsyka These are the button numbers:

Gear 1=9, 2=10, 3=11, 4=12, 5=13, 6=14. Push down to get reverse gear and that=15. I hope this is of any use to you.

Never let de game override the settings. (timeline 2:11) It messes with your wheel. You should uncheck that option. Just a hint.

if u buy wheel do u get cd where you must isntall drivers`?

doing this will it just be save on my pc or does it save on the g27 driver ?

@gumberly just wondering, when you change the rotation, what does it actually limit the amount of rotation physically?

@BlackSquadKiller It works for PS2,PS3,and PC. Works best with GT5, the G27 works with almost every racing game on the PS3.

2. also in profiler i dont have a clutch there? how can i configure it?

3. i tried LFS but even thought i set everywhere to 900 degrees rotation it is still about 200 i'd say.. and it is not calibrated well when my wheel is upside down it is centered ingame.. how can i recalibrate it correctly?
