This legislation smacks of rhetoric. The ban was in place 4 a reason. It was there 2 prevent disease spreading. Graham mentions there are medications allowing ppl 2 live with HIV. If u have the disease you're still not likely 2 reveal it 2 anyone unless it's ur doctor etc.

Obama has revealed himself time and time again 2 be on the side of elitists. This is about bumping profits 4 med corps. I believe there is a HIV cure and it's only available for the rich and kept secret to everyone else.
