Part 2, finishing the mods, polishing and some light field testing. Will try and do a more thorough review in the near future. All in all a nice lil machete!

26cm (10.25inch) blade, 15cm(5.9inch) handle, 41cm (just over 16") overall,

Heavy gauge rigid 4mm(.16") wide blade, constructed from high carbon steel Heat treated blade

  • @justyoustupid Edge retention is actually pretty good. Better than I expected. I think putting the convex grind on it helped a lot. I do find it it a little tough for me to sharpen it, but then again I am not very good at sharpening in general. Wish I had a belt sander or grinder of my own.

  • @Edzherenow99 Use a brick with some soap like a sharpening stone. I do that with my machete, for convexing just rub the blade in small circles with some pressure.

  • Shes a gem for sure! Choppers like only do better with a proper convex, great choice!
