@TMTKowalski agreed, I just posted a comment exactly the same as yours for this game but I used the game Rouge Warrior as an example. If you like freelancer, you should try out Dark Star One or Freespace 2. If your after a hardcore version of Freelancer get into the x3 series, they are top. Set up x3 with a Saitek x52 setup (I found a used but almost brand new x52 for $20 and included Flight Simulator X) and your good to go.

This game came out two days ago, you haven't even played it or tried it yourself. How the fuck do you know it's crap? Everybody praised COD:Black Ops, but when I played it I realized it's a scripted crap with nice graphics, you can go through some lvls without firing a single bullet. Who cares about graphics, one of the best games ever for me is Freelancer, it's from 2003.
