http://www.rockymountainatvmc.com - Easy how-to instructions to balance a motorcycle wheel and motorcycle tires. Tire and wheel ballancing is critical on street bikes. The Tusk balancing and truing stand from Rocky Mountain ATV and Jake Wilson makes balancing simple. Balanced tires and wheels make for a smooth motorcycle ride.

  • I understand that this video is about balanced the wheel. But what does that little tiny weight do? You don't leave it on when your riding do you? It's only for tuning purposes? I've never noticed it on any street bike, so I thought I'd ask :)

Also do you plan on making any more videos for dirt bikes?

  • @taylort123 - the little weights are what keeps the wheel balanced and prevents "hopping". yes the weight stays on. If you have never seen weights on a wheel before, look closer. Just about any vehicle on the street has some sort of weights on the rim to keep it balanced.

  • Request: Can you please make a video, RockyMountainATVMC, on how to true a wheel with spokes?

    Thank You!

  • @dirtbiker95 1) Holds your clutch lever to your handle bars

    2) Turn on and idle 'til warm then let cool completely (repeat 3 times), let it warm and idle around the yard use the first half of your throttle for about 5-10 minutes then let cool completely (repeat 3 times), now let it idle 'til warm and run around your yard use the whole throttle (easily) for about 15 minutes then let cool completely (repeat 3 times then you are finished! Break in is complete!

  • IN SPANISH PLEASE....Gracias.

  • Hey rockymountainmc I have a couple questions. What does a clutch perch do(on a dirt bike)? And how are you supposed to break in a two stroke dirtbike with a fresh top end?

    Thanks
