  • You can see they tried to capture the charm of the '73 movie, with some hippie funk and choregraphic elements that borrows from the exact same opening scene - and they did it well.

  • Thx Guys I see him now!

  • the man in red t-shirt at 2:58

and than he removes his clotes and whears the white dress!

    :)

  • He is present at 2:55, facing stage, wearing a red shirt, black pants, barefoot, and turning his head around. He is onstage at 3:16, near center of stage, crouching down. At 3:20, he has his shirt off; at 3:27 his has his white robe on. You have to follow him closely, since he is near the front of the stage.

  • When did Jesus get there I didn't see him.

Who was Jesus before he put that white thing on?

  • Restaging the Overture as the opening ballet? Awesome-friggin-sauce, man.

  • Im gonna go out on a limb after watching several of these vids. I think its better than the original Broadway or London cast!!

  • Also applause to the musical director, everything is well played, and the sound of all the instruments is brilliant, the sound engineer is great.

  • Um, what???

The music was written by Andrew Lloyd Weber, who certainly wasn't American. And the lyrics by Tin Rice - another non-American.

  • I can't believe that someone outside of America can do such a good job with this material! 5 Stars!
