It is not Garland's voice. This was originally aired on the PBS series American Masters. I believe the woman who narrates for Garland was the woman who played her in The Boy's from Oz (show based on the Alllen Brothers). I do believe the dialog is from Garland's own tapes however, which she recorded for the autobiography she never completed.

Positive. Don't recall the name of the narrator, but not Judy. Does sound like her though.

There are 3 more chapters that I will be uploading. I'm glad your enjoying them. Judy was an enigma ... a mystery, something not easily understood ... during her lifetime & now. She had many facets, never one-dimensional.
