Because milk can cause problems in some people (thus they say it's not "healthy") but for those people who don't experience any problems with it, it is a great source of protein, vitamin d and calcium which are important but it depends on moderating your consumption as well because too much of one thing is never good, no matter what the thing is :)

I'm mostly motivated at midnight or later. For all you night owls out there try YouTube workout videos like stuff on the BeFit channel! They have great videos by Jillian Michaels and Denise Austin. I've gotten pretty good workouts just going along with their videos. I do them in my room so you don't even need a lot of space or weights! Happy exercising, guys! :D
